Payment Plans/Policies

We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment. We are unable to accept cheques. Deposits may be requested in some circumstances and cancellation fees may apply for no-show appointments. We make every attempt to keep our appointments on time, but please understand our days can be unpredictable at times when emergencies arrive. We will communicate through our team if unforseen circumstances arise.

We kindly ask that full payment is made when services are performed.

We offer payment plans through ScratchPay. Sign up is quick and easy, and approval can established, often within minutes. Examination/consultation fees are charged for the veterinarian's time and expertise. Medications and vaccinations can not be given without a veterinarian's assessment per College of Veterinarians of Ontario regulation and our requirement to establish and maintain an active veterinarian-patient-client-relationship. Telemedicine consultations are available if appropriate, and can be booked with a credit card. Estimates are provided for all procedures and are explained thoroughly by our team. We work with our clients to come up with the best treatment plans and options for our patients. We realize there is not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to making decisions and you are ultimately in the driver's seat when it comes to the care of your best friend. We are here to help you to make informed decisions.
