We set time aside to manage urgent care during our regular operating hours. Please call 705 445-1901 during regular clinic hours. Drop off appointments for RVT triage may be requested if required. Should our hospital be at capacity during times of high demand, you may be referred to our sister hospital or emergency hospital.

For 24/7 out of hours advice from an RVT, please call VetWise at 647 695-5411 where a registered veterinary technician will direct you. If a late night visit to a ER is warranted, they will be able to help to direct you to an appropriate ER according to your pet's condition, your location and which ER that has capacity. In some cases, they may be able to advise on wait times.
